Discover Our Methodology

MODG's methodology is based on the classical method.

Learn about Our Programs

MODG offers a broad range of programs to assist families academically. We offer parent support, one-on-one teacher services, online classes and support for special services students.

Enroll in our School

MODG can generally accept enrollments year round. We open enrollment for the upcoming school year each March.

What's New with our Students

MODG students and graduates are accepted into the top colleges in the country and are successful in a wide range of fields.

Books & Syllabi

MODG is now selling copies of our syllabi, as well as many of the essential and recommended supplemental texts used in our syllabi. Both enrolled and non-enrolled families can purchase these items from MODG's online bookstore: modgbooks.com. Enrolled families receive a discount on syllabi and books, but must log-in to their family account in order to get the discount.

Online Classes

Laura is offering a series of classes open to any parent, enrolled or not, on the different stages of formation. In these live classes Laura will review the methodological goals for the class, the texts used, and how to implement both the methodological and content goals. Classes will also feature an interactive Q&A. Please click here for the flyer.

Laura Berquist, our Founder and Director, was on EWTN on Monday, November 2nd, 2015 at 2 PM ET, on the At Home With Jim And Joy show! She talked with Jim and Joy Pinto about the importance of homeschooling, what we do at MODG to aid our families, and classical education in general.

“For the sole true end of education is this: to teach men how to learn for themselves; and whatever instruction fails to do this is effort spent in vain.”

Dorothy Sayers, The Lost Tools of Learning
